We want you to be completely satisfied with your Cowshed purchase, which is why we offer a 28-day return window for items in their original, unopened condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on beauty products that have been unsealed or used.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Securely

  Carefully place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring they are well-protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
