Are Cowshed products tested on animals?
No, we are proud to be a cruelty-free brand. We do not test any of our finished products or ingredients on animals, nor do we hire third parties to do so on our behalf.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Most of our products are formulated with natural ingredients and essential oils designed to be gentle. However, we recommend checking the full ingredient list on the product page or performing a patch test before full application.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer standard and express shipping options. Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and tracking information is provided via email once dispatched.
Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?
Yes, we accept returns on unused and unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used unless they are faulty.

Are Cowshed products vegan-friendly?
The majority of our range is vegan. However, a small number of products may contain sustainably sourced beeswax or wild flower honey. Each product description clearly states if the item is vegan-friendly.
